Hello and welcome. I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford and have experience working with a wide range of concerns. My work draws on a variety of theories including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred, Existential, Reality and Psychodynamic.

I work as a private practitioner. In addition, I work with Grief and Loss in the Solas Centre in Waterford. I also am a relief counsellor in Aiséirí Addiction Centre, Wexford.

I have worked with people experiencing Loss and Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Addiction, Bullying, Anger, Relationships, Low Self-Esteem and Chronic Illness.

BSc (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy, Middlesex University, London.

Professional Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. (CBT)

Cert in CPD in Responding to Problem Gambling

Certified in group facilitation with the Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences.

For me it is a privilege and honour to walk with a vulnerable client on a journey of discovery and witness the changes unfold and how they become empowered by the process.
